Océ's Corporate Policy on Sustainability
Océ's corporate policy on sustainability contains five main aspects as follows:

Energy efficiency. In order to ensure that all aspects of our business operate as energy efficiently as possible, we carry out the regular and detailed assessment of a range of key issues.

Smart Solutions. Océ always strives to find a solution that suits the customer's individual needs.

Waste collection and recycling (or reuse and re-manufacturing) Reuse and re-manufacturing are extremely important for Océ. At the end of a products economic life, they are recovered to be reused as service parts or in new products.

Pollution prevention Our supply centres have pollution reduction and prevention programs in place, including the move to replace ozone depleting substances with hydrogen fluorocarbons in cooling units.

Environment labels 6 of our Océ companies are certified in the ISO14001 standards for its environmental management system in the area of sales, service, Océ Business Services and consultancy. The purpose of this demanding standard is to help all organisations to protect the environment, prevent pollution, and improve their environmental performance. We continuously strive to make progress in this area.
